We use our routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and world class athletes alike. The daily workout focuses on the scaling of load and intensity; which makes CrossFit the perfect system for broad range group fitness. NOBODY will be left behind… CrossFit allows all individual to participate at their own speed and intensity. Our campers learn a systematic fitness approach that is integral to lifelong fitness. The techniques learned at Camp can be performed when you're at home, on vacation, or just about anywhere. CrossFit Revolution, Boot Camp

Eric has been a sports and fitness fanatic his whole life. He is an accomplished athlete and fitness enthusiast. He is an active marathoner/runner, ice hockey player, adventure racer, cyclist and scuba diver. Hobbies such as climbing, hiking, and photography have drawn him to some of the harshest and remote regions of the U.S. including Alaska, Montana, Oregon, Washington, N.C, Tennessee, N.H. and Maine. Many of the lessons learned in these unforgiving environments are incorporated in his unique approach to functional fitness. Eric is a veteran of the U.S. Army National Guard (Armored Cavalry Regiment) and an accomplished cook who focuses on health conscious cuisine. While at home in Florida he enjoys training and spending time with his wife, Brenda, and his two little girls, Ryan and Kylie.

Coach Auciello draws experience from all walks of life; providing training and weight loss prescription to a wide and varied array of clients. Dedication to creating a trusting, supportive and non-judgmental client - trainer relationship is his primary goal. He intends to deliver a fitness program that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. His specialty is not specializing. Weight loss, sports, and life in general reward this kind of fitness regimen with results. His fitness knowledge and diverse background will provide you with a varied, safe and challenging functional fitness experience you won't forget.
